We are deeply intertwined with one another and our planet. Yet, our modern lifestyles have caused significant harm to the natural world. Many of us feel called to repair our relationships and come back into mindful, loving connections with ourselves, each other, and the planet. We could all use creative tools in service of these goals.
This inspiring day retreat will help you nurture your relationship with the planet, build inner resilience and joy, and become a more effective steward of the Earth. Through fun writing exercises, guided meditations, expressive arts, brief nature walks, and Qigong, you will be supported to find your voice in harmony with nature. You’ll be encouraged and guided to turn that voice into a flow of words on paper with effortless economy, wisdom, and freedom. No writing experience is required or needed. If you find one meaningful word, that is your poem.
